We wanted to convert a van into a RV, a dream to eventually travel Australia. We eventually emailed Focus RV just to see if our dream could be built. Paul worked with our ideas and some of their own suggestions and came up with a final figure. We decided on that day to start our project. Ihsan and the team are fantastic. Not only did they work within our budget, but their attention to detail and workmanship was outstanding. If anyone is thinking of a van conversion, these guys are the best. Their professionalism, advice and suggestions exceeded our expectations and nothing was impossible to achieve. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.

We had some repairs to be done under warranty on our 8month old Winnebago motorhome. We found Paul to be professional, customer focussed and an all-round nice guy!! He went above and beyond just the repairs, and it was such a pleasure that he made time for us to go over everything. He is also a traveller, so speaks our language????. Fully recommend this business.

I travelled from Sydney to buy a camper and was really impressed with Paul’s professionalism and knowledge of the camper we bought, not just its inclusions, but the deeper knowledge around methods of construction, and what this meant for the user. The camper we bought has needed some attention under warranty, (not a big deal) and Paul has navigated between us and a third-party provider and provided absolutely first-class after-sales service in an industry that often seems to have a bit of a chequered record.
